Scrap Seas Demo
Melee Weapons and Abilities
Hi Sailors,
We are pushing a big update to the Scrap Seas demo. Some of you may have had a chance to try out some of the new special abilities we've been testing at various conventions like MAGfest, Awesomecon, and Smash Con. We are now pushing these to the Steam build!
First we have added 2 new special abilities
Submerge
Will allow your ship to dive underwater for a period of time where you will be immune to most attacks. You will then rise back up to the surface and take your enemies by surprise!
Discharge
Will emit a large field of lightning that will rapidly fill the paralysis meter of all the enemies around you.

We also have new and unique skins for all the melee weapons in the game.
In addition, we have made several tweaks to UI and controls that should improve quality of life.
We plan on having another big update ready for this coming MAGfest in January. In this update we hope to give you a taste of some of the role playing elements we plan to include for Scrap Seas! So stay tuned to our mailing list and discord for the latest news!
