Hi Sailors! We've got yet another update to SCRAP SEAS.

The main highlight is that spikes can now be extended by hitting the "active melee" button. That would be middle mouse button on keyboard and mouse or left bumper on controller. Detailed explainer in this video

But basically after you ram another ship with spikes, you can extend the spikes to push them away. This can be used to set up opportunities to hit them with other attacks or to push other ships into hazards.

Other features

  • Game has comic book style freeze frame on level start
  • WASD keys can now be rebound
  • "Credits" now appear larger than other stats in the shop
  • Bug fix to ship loadout customizer switching between keyboard and controller
  • Halloween cheat code is now use-able
